Watch during peak hours
Between seven and ten in the evening is when networks are busiest and weak providers fall over. A channel that opens instantly at 2 p.m. proves very little.
We used to be asked for a no-cost sample line. We stopped offering those, because a throwaway account on a throwaway server tells you nothing about how the real service behaves on a Saturday night. This replaced it: the genuine product, the genuine servers, the genuine support desk — at a price low enough that testing it properly costs less than a cinema ticket.
Not a cut-down demo. Not a handful of channels. The entry plan is the same subscription as every other plan on the packages page — the only difference is the length and the price.
It does not renew. There is no card stored, no rolling charge and no subscription quietly continuing in the background. On day thirty-one the line stops unless you tell us otherwise. If you want to carry on, message the desk or place a new order — and we will apply whatever is left of the entry month against the longer plan so you are not paying twice for the same days.
It also does not lift the one-device rule. A single simultaneous stream through IBO Player, same as every plan, written plainly in the terms of service.
Three reasons, stated plainly:
Eleven dollars and thirty days answers the question honestly.
Order, pay, and one welcome email arrives with your credentials — usually within minutes. Pair it using the installation guide and you are watching about ten minutes later.
If you are going to evaluate us, evaluate us on the things that actually matter.

Hockey and football expose compression and frame drops in a way that a news studio never will. Put a game on and watch the boards.
Do not just count the total. Search for the six or seven broadcasters you genuinely watch and confirm each one is there and stable.
Look at next Wednesday. Populated guide data a week out is a sign of a maintained service; blank listings are a sign of the opposite.
Send a question at an awkward hour and see how long the reply takes. That number matters more than any promise on a homepage.
Test it on the television you will actually use, not just a phone. Playback on a 65-inch panel is a different test entirely.
Most subscribers who start here move onto the six-month plan at CA$39.99, which works out to $6.66 a month, or the twelve-month plan at CA$69.99 for $5.83. Neither requires a fresh installation — we simply extend the line you already have, so your favourites, your settings and your device pairing all survive.
And if you decide it is not for you, nothing happens. No cancellation call, no retention offer, no charge. The line ends and that is the end of it — as described on the refund policy page.
Questions first? The Faq covers most of them, and the channels list lets you check for a specific broadcaster before you spend anything at all.
Three fields, about thirty seconds. A human from the Winnipeg desk replies with your IBO Player credentials and the CA$10.99 entry plan details — usually inside a few minutes.
