Terms of Service

1. Service description

IPTVWow provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province of Canada, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscription plans and payment

IPTVWow offers subscription plans of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for all plans are displayed on the packages page and at checkout.

• All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars.
• Subscriptions are activated on confirmation of payment.
• Payments are processed securely. IPTVWow does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Because the service delivers digital content immediately:

• No refunds are issued after account activation.
• Exceptions apply only for (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, for which a pro-rata credit may be issued, or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, which is refunded in full.
• Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your credentials to any third party.
• Broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content received through the service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, content protection or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the service.
• Use the service in any manner that breaches applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
• Use the service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Breach of this section results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; IPTVWow does not provide support for other third-party applications.

7. Service availability

IPTVWow targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable owing to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical faults, upstream content provider disruption, or force majeure events. IPTVWow is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the service — live channels, on-demand titles, logos and guide data — remains the property of the respective rights holders and licensors. IPTVWow claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The IPTVWow name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account at any time for breach of these terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPTVWOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the Province of Manitoba. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at https://iptvwow.ca/terms.html with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
