What personal information IPTVWow collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you hold over it under Canadian law.
We do not collect government identification numbers, biometric data, or financial account details beyond what the payment processor requires.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The commercial obligations attached to your account are set out separately in our terms of service, and questions about either document reach us through the contact page.
We share data only with payment processors (to complete transactions under their own privacy policies), infrastructure and hosting providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements, and legal authorities where required by law or court order. All processors are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.

After the retention period data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

We use TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive account information, access controls limiting who can view personal data, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; in the event of a breach affecting your rights we will notify you and the relevant authorities as Canadian law requires.
The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
Your data is processed and stored in secure data centres. Where data is transferred outside Canada we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at https://iptvwow.ca/privacy.html with a revised "last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you on WhatsApp or a prominent notice on the site.
